Steering Rack – T3 / RHD

Brand new steering rack for Right Hand Drive T3 models, NON power steering.

Supplied with track rods and boots.

Please note that the track rods and boot supplied with this kid have a different style of fitting for the boot. Instead of the large rubber doughnut around the rod and a boot with a large opening these just have a smaller opening on the outside.

Not an issue until you come to replace a boot, but when you do you’ll need to remove thewhole rod again instead of sliding it over the track rod end.

Another thing that has recently come to light is that when fitting powerflex bushes to the Meyle racks we’ve supplied the bushes are loose in the mounting eyelets. Me are currently looking at sourcing a different rack, but dont recommend fitting Powerflex bushes with these racks.

The racks are supplied with standard rubber bushes.
