Complete fuel feed line from the Tank to engine and back again to be used with a factory fuel pump and filter as per injected T3 models.

Contains.

• Length of fuel hose to be cut as required.
• Length of Polyamide pipe to be cut as required.
• Length of fuel hose that goes between fuel tank and fuel pump.
• Length of abrasion resistant sleeving.
• Length of heat resistant sleeving
• Includes all hose clips.

All from OEM or Best quality materials. There is no point scrimping on your fuel system! Fuel hose suitable for 100% ethanol.

We supply from standard stock… so if they show “Out of Stock” it probably means we’ve had a “rush” on them, if you contact us we can restock quickly.

Some clips supplied are Oetiker style items and as such they need to be closed with the correct tool, maybe worth reading our article here to learn a little more.

The section of polyamide tube is supplied at 5m, this is sufficient but will require cutting down to length to make both a feed and return line hence the kit being supplied unassembled.

There is a section of PVC sleeve supplied, this is to be fed over the Polyamide tube to offer protection where it passes through the rear cross-member, yes, it’s very tight and you’ll need to use some lubrication to get it to slide on, we suggest silicone spray.

Kit also supplied with 1m of heat resistant sleeve for engine bay areas, we suggest cutting this in half and using one for feed and one for return.

Please also note that the image shows an assembled kit, your kit as it says above will require assembly.

Screw type fuel hose clips supplied where maintenance is to be carried out such as filter removal or fuel tank removal, Oetiker ear clips used in places where service is not so important.
