Details
Stainless steel front fog or spot lamp bracket for all VW T3 models with steel bumpers.
From the factory these brackets were rivetted on however for retro fitment VW say to use riv nuts, there are 2 issues there, you have to drill the front deformation panel out which is difficult due to restricted access and you also have to fit rivnuts again with restricted access. Experience tells us the simplest way to install these for the DIY mechanic is to simply rivet them in to place, Suitable rivets are shown as related items below.
No Drilling required, there are two sets of holes already in the deformation panel once you remove the front bumper they will become obvious.
3 rivets are required to attach these to the body.
These items are made to exactly the same design as VW and made from 4mm stainless steel for durability and longevity, they will not wobble unless you use cheap or massive unsported lamps!
