Seat Belt Mounting Plate – T3 / Rear Pillar / Upper

Seat belt mounting plates for vehicles which didnt have the plates from the factory (basically anything that came out for the factory without windows in the back!).

These are reproductions of the original plates and would originally have been welded in place.

They are fitted inside there rear vents of the vehicle, but on the outside of the bodywork (if that makes sense).

So, obviously very difficult to fit to very early vehicles with metal rear vents!

We can supply a printed paper template to assist with positioning, just select the option when ordering and we’ll pop one in with the bracket.

There are dimples in the body that line up with the notches in the the bracket, these can be seen from inside if you remove the headlining/cover.

They have a hole predrilled which lines up with one of these dimples and can be used to rivet in place.

Once riveted in place, no further welding is required, although you could of course weld them in place too.

Plates are laser cut, welded, and zinc plated. Each plate has 1 threaded mounting, and will fit either side of the vehicle.

If your vehicle left the factory with windows, it should already have this bracket.
