Repair Kit – T3 / Sliding Door Latch / Late

Rebuild kit for the latch mechanism on T3 models with the later (small handle) sliding door.

If your door is difficult to latch, or sometimes pops open, there is a good chance it due to wear in the latch mechanism.

This kit is for Right Hand Sliding doors, so left hand drive models or twin sliders.
The latches can be used on RHD, but you’ll need to re-use your springs assuming they are okay.

Requires the removal of the original retaining pins from the housing by either drilling or simply breaking them off.
The replacement pins are then attached using the included screws and retaining washers. Screws must be tightened evenly.
