Complete set of 4 diesel injector pipes for a VW T3 1.6TD “JX” Engine.
Supplied pre-assembled with associated injector pipe clamps.
These are aftermarket pipes (just the same as everyone else sells) but please be aware that they are just that, aftermarket. The pipe set may need some tweaking to get them to align 100%.
We suggest blowing through with compressed air first then fitting the pipes finger tight at first and get them screwed onto the delivery valves and then the injectors afterward. Once finger tight then tighten the injection pump end of the pipes leaving the injector end of the pipes finger tight.
Bleed injectors as usual, then tighten the injector end of the pipes then, using a large bladed flat screwdriver between the pipes bend into shape to remove any stress from the pipes.
