Head Gasket for VAG 1.9 TDI engines including the 1Z, AFN, and AHU

Please measure piston projection from the cylinder block to select the correct thickness head gasket.

There are 3 thickness’s available

1 Notch is for piston projections of 0.91 to 1.00mm, gasket is 1.45mm thick.
2 Notch is for piston projections of 1.01 to 1.10mm, gasket is 1.53mm thick.
3 Notch is for piston projections of 1.11 to 1.20mm, gasket is 1.61mm thick.
