Details
Camber correction shims for fitment between the rear hub and trailing arm on T3 models.
Kit contains
- 2 shims.
- 8 new bolts
- 8 washer assemblies
The idea of the kit is to try and put the rear camber into the adjustable range after lowering.
As the vehicle sits lower, the amount of negative camber will increase. Rear camber can be adjusted up to a point, but if you run out of adjustment and still have negative camber, your only option is make body modifications or to use this kit.
Please note that your rear suspension geometry will still need setting after fitting this kit. All this does is push the camber back into a position where it can be adjusted.
The kit will remove around 1.5° of negative camber.
Kit has also been used successfully on raised T3 syncro models which have too much positive camber.
Kit revised in 2017 and now includes special washers to allow clamping force to be applied without having to spot face the wheel bearing housing making it truly bolt on/bolt off. Can now be removed and put back to standard with no drama of having to re-spot face the bearing carriers.
Note, these shims will not work with our HD rear bearing carriers without modification.
