Replacing this section is possibly not a job you would want to do at the side of the road with a DIY mig welder and a hack saw… but there are a LOT of Syncro models out there now with serious corrosion in this area.
When we start seeing them in the workshop we obviously need to fix ’em. That means you might need to too.
