Struggling to pay?
PayPal is our merchant, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to be able to shop online with us. Once you have placed your order you will be taken to our check out area using PayPal. From here you have the option to either use funds in your PayPal account, or pay online with your credit or debit card as you would anywhere else.  You will see the link on the image above where it says "Continue", if you do not have a PayPal account, or sufficient funds in there to make a payment then this is what you need to click to be able to use your card. Thing is, when you registered chances are you selected "United Kingdom" and that, according to the webshop no longer exists. When you try to order, you won't get any shipping methods because the webshop no longer knows where you are! What you need to do is..
- Log in via the log in link on the top menu. - Go to "Account Maintenance" on the left menu. - Select "Account Information" on the list you are given. - Then select your country and press save (The picture of the floppy disc top right)
